Tua Tagovailoa is back out on the practice field doing individual drills after reports on Wednesday saying he would be back “sooner rather than later.” (Marc Raimondi on X)

Fantasy Impact:

It doesn’t appear Tua’s injury absence will be anything major, as he’s already back at practice. For now he has a leg up on Michael Penix Jr for the QB1 job to start the season with Penix still on the shelf, but things can change quickly in the NFL.
