Veteran WR Zay Jones is signing with the Houston Texans (Mike Garafolo on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Jones provides the Texans with some insurance at the WR position after Jayden Higgins suffered a season-ending injury. At age 31, however, he remains a player with minimal fantasy value.
