- HC Kevin Stefanski said that starters would play in the team's final preseason game on Friday against the Dolphins. Stefanski said that he was not sure if Michael Penix Jr. would play, but the third-year quarterback will split first-team reps with Tua Tagovailoa during Monday's practice.
INJURIES
- C Danny Pinter's knee injury is confirmed to be season-ending, coach Jesse Minter said. Pinter suffered a torn patellar tendon in practice last week, NFL Network Insider Mike Garafolo reported.

- RB Chuba Hubbard (hamstring) is expected to be ready for Week 1, coach Dave Canales told reporters. Hubbard has not played in a preseason game after straining his hamstring earlier in training camp.
