Covey is a non-factor in fantasy as a receiver (minimal snaps/targets behind DeVonta Smith, A.J. Brown, and the tight ends), so his injury has essentially zero impact on standard or redraft fantasy lineups. His only relevance is as a punt/kick returner, which matters for return-yardage or 'all-purpose yards' leagues and for Eagles DST/special teams, but even there the fantasy ripple is negligible. If Philadelphia needs a return man for the rest of this game or subsequent weeks, watch for a waiver-wire add like Jahan Dotson or another depth WR/DB getting return duties, but none of this moves fantasy rosters meaningfully.
